The first thing you see on the the starcomms facebook page is complaint. It is quite obvious that customers are not getting what they bargained for. Could it be location? I use Starcomms and it works perfectly for me. Well the customer is always right they should at least defend their facebook page by attending to the customers real-time instead of keeping silent. That is one of the reasons for creating the page: To be closer to their customer so as to attend to them like a friend.
