More than two months ago, Instagram a photosharing and processing app mainly used by Iphone users was acquired by Facebook. Recently, Facebook has acquired another and this one is Face.com. This is a face recognition start-up.
With Face.com mobile facial recognition technologies, it is highly expected for Facebook to finally add tagging options to mobile-uploaded photos. That is so long overdue.
